Classical ESP Motor
Reliable Power Source for ESP Systems
The Classical ESP Motor is the primary
power-generating component of an Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) system,
designed to convert electrical energy into mechanical power for lifting
production fluids from oil and gas wells. Installed below the protector and
pump sections, the motor provides the torque and rotational force required to
drive the entire ESP assembly.
Based on conventional REDA 456 and 540 Series motor
designs, the Classical ESP Motor offers full interchangeability at both
component and assembly levels, simplifying maintenance, replacement, and system
integration. With a maximum operating temperature rating of 150°C (302°F) and
multiple material configurations available, the motor is suitable for standard,
corrosive, and high-temperature production environments.
Engineered for reliability, durability, and
operational flexibility, the Classical ESP Motor supports a wide range of
artificial lift applications, from conventional oil production to demanding
high-horsepower ESP installations.
